Consultation Purpose Only
Consultations are informational and intended to help us understand your needs, goals, and current marketing situation. Participation in a consultation does not obligate you to use our services, nor does it guarantee acceptance into any campaign or ongoing marketing program.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may result in a nominal fee or forfeiture of any booking deposit, as outlined in our booking terms.

Limited Liability
AdGenix Agency shall not be liable for losses, damages, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from your participation in a consultation or any marketing campaign. This includes, but is not limited to, business interruption, lost profits, or reputational damage—whether foreseeable or not.

Confidentiality & privacy
Any information you share during booking or consultation (business details, targets, strategies) will be held in strict confidence. We comply with applicable data protection laws, and your information will only be used for scheduling, preparation, and campaign development purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights
Any marketing materials, proposals, strategies, reports, or creative content developed by AdGenix Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is made, whereupon certain components may be licensed for your use per our agreement.

Booking Deposit & Fees
If a deposit is required to secure your booking, it will be clearly disclosed and itemized. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or no‑show without providing required notice, but will be applied toward the agreed-upon services if executed as scheduled.

Changes in Scope or Fees
Pricing, availability, and service scope outlined at the time of booking are estimates, subject to change based on your requirements, project complexity, or platform costs. Any adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
